1. Philosophy on Personal Information

(1) Regarding the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information: We will acquire, use, and provide personal information within the scope necessary for our business and clarify the purpose. We will take measures to ensure that personal information is used only within the scope of the stated purpose and will not use it for purposes other than those intended.
(2) Respecting rights: We respect the rights of individuals regarding their personal information. If an individual requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, or refusal of use or provision (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure, etc.”), we will respond within a reasonable period and to a reasonable extent.
